One thing I notice watching these videos is these black neighborhoods, although they're poor and dangerous, still have life. Drive through any white neighborhood and it's a dead zone, no one outside, no noise, nothing. Black, even though they're not doing anything constructive, are almost always out and about.

I like Mexicans and many of my friends and coworkers are Mexicans but this is what every part of town where they're the majority looks like

Im blk and will admit it's more of a culture issue among blacks. What you do have u take care of and make do. Can't blame others all the time when this happens everywhere our color is found in every city. Common denominator is: us. We know the injustices and challenges of racism question is what did we do with what we could do. Plant a tree, teach a kid values, check on your neighbor or buy drugs and ignore that child that needs help reading. Choices are hard and real.
